Our small group training is the “sweet spot” of keeping the fitness experience large enough to be a fun, interactive experience while small enough to maintain focus on quality.
Building healthy habits at an early age is key. Our 45 min class provides kids the opportunity to build strength, coordination, and confidence. We keep it fun and fresh so kids don't even realize they are exercising!
